​​​​​About Abu Dhabi Excellence Program Office:
Abu Dhabi Excellence Program (ADEP) Office was established to organize and develop all aspects related to government excellence and introduce continuous improvements to government entities’ performance. The top management duties assigned to the office are carried out by these two main departments:
Government Excellence
This department works towards the sustainable improvement of government entities by developing and implementing innovative programs. The department also develops the principles and criteria of the Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance, highlights areas for improvement, and ensures a culture of excellence by complying with the principles and requirements of this culture and applying best practices.
Government Services
This department works to develop the government service excellence criteria, highlight areas for improvement, monitor stakeholder satisfaction, and provide research and best practices related to the delivery and quality of services.
