The Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance criteria establishes proven guidelines that can be used by all Departments within the Government service to measure their own excellence improvement endeavors and guide Departments through the sharing of information detailing how excellent Departments are able to change their cultures and achieve outstanding performance.
