The Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government performance is a rigorous and demanding process, designed, not to create winners or losers, but to focus the efforts of all government departments and guide them towards achieving the highest standards of government performance.
Therefore and by virtue of the Decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, its compulsory for all Government departments in Abu Dhabi to participate annually in all or some of the award categories.
